Owning side-by-side properties, our client wished to build on one to live in as her forever home and sell the other. A new build bungalow on a plot of land that already had planning permission, the McNeil & Evans team build a modern, cottage-style home. The project brief required a bespoke build, with distinctive features throughout, from the Spanish slate roof through to the Flemish bond brickwork.
This project required several layout changes as we progressed through the job. These were easily navigated through clear communication between our team and the homeowner.
